Which DEN for which season
DEN measures yarn density, not fabric thickness: the higher the number, the more opaque and the warmer the tights. 15 and 20 DEN are sheer and worn from spring to autumn; 40 DEN are semi-opaque and suit colder days.
Our range covers 15, 20 and 40 DEN. If you are unsure, 20 DEN suits the greatest number of days in the year.
Sizes 2 to 6
Tights are chosen by height and weight, not by dress size. A size chart is on every product page. Tights that are too small tear at the waist and ladder sooner; too large and they gather at the knees.
